PARPRO Taiwan Corporate Conduct and Ethics (TCCE) Policy

In 2014 and 2012, the Board of Directors passed “Corporate Conduct and Ethics Policy” and "Ethical Code of Conduct", and reported in regular shareholders' meeting;

In 2016,  the Board of Directors set "Whistleblower Policy" for reporting misconduct.

PARPRO TCCE Structure

Established a Taiwan Corporate Conduct and Ethics Operation team under and converter by the General Manager's Office.

PARPRO TCCE Terms of Reference

The main function of PARPRO TCCE team as follows:

  1. Ensure the implementation of the integrity management code.
  2. Report the implementation results to the board of directors once annually.
